Dallas Supreme Remodeling LLC (“Dallas Supreme Remodeling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (dallassupremeremodeling.com) and our phone and text-message communications. Remodeling and construction work is governed by the written project agreement signed by you and Dallas Supreme Remodeling; if anything here conflicts with your project agreement, the project agreement controls.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. Photos, descriptions, and pricing information are examples only and are not an offer or a guarantee of price, schedule, or results. Estimates are valid only when provided in writing by Dallas Supreme Remodeling.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program name: Dallas Supreme Remodeling Customer Care.
2. Program description: When you opt in, Dallas Supreme Remodeling will send you text messages about your project, including post-project follow-up, a thank-you message, a link to share feedback on our Google Business Profile, and replies to service questions or issues you raise. We may also call you to follow up on your project; follow-up calls may use automated technology, including an AI voice assistant.
3. How to opt in: by checking the optional text-message consent box on our website contact form, or on the Customer Communication Consent form included with your project agreement. See our SMS Opt-In page. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per project).
5. Message and data rates may apply.
6. Opt out: you can cancel at any time. Text STOP to (214) 227-9162 or reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START.
7. Help: reply HELP to any message, call (469) 278-0268, or email DallasSupremeRemodeling@gmail.com.
8. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy: we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Reviews and feedback

We may invite customers to share an honest review of their experience. Reviews are voluntary, we do not offer anything in exchange for a review, and you are free to share any opinion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dallas Supreme Remodeling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our text-message program. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or obligation stated in your written project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
